学习、工作经历:

乔冬玲,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,湖北省相关人才项目入选者,研究方向为食品软物质结构与功能。在核壳结构微囊构建与性能评价、淀粉多糖多层次结构与消化动力学调控、天然高分子多糖亲水/疏水改性与性能评价方面进行了研究。近五年,先后在Food Hydrocolloids、Carbohydrate Polymers等国际学术刊物上发表SCI论文22篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、湖北省自然科学基金、湖北省教育厅科研计划项目等科研项目4项,申请中国发明专利4项。

2、湖北省自然科学基金面上项目,“单分散双重乳液构建与界面张力相关性的研究”,2019.01-2020.12, 主持。

3、湖北省教育厅科研计划项目,“亲疏水两相亲疏水两相核壳结构液珠的制备及其在卷烟中的制备及其在卷烟中的应用研究”,2018.01-2019.12,主持。

4、十大信誉好的平台博士科研启动基金项目,“植物多糖基水型爆珠的制备及其在降害增香型卷烟中的应用研究”,2017.01-2018.12,主持。
